Description​

Attabad Lake is found within the Gojal Locale of the Locale Hunza in Gilgit−Baltistan, Pakistan. The lake has ended up one of the greatest visitor attractions in Gilgit−Baltistan, advertising exercises like sailing, jet-skiing, angling, and other recreational exercises.

The lake was shaped when Attabad town in Gojal Valley had a major avalanche, 14 kilometers upstream (east) of Karimabad that happened on 4 January 2010. The avalanche murdered twenty individuals and blocked the stream of the Hunza Waterway for five months.
